By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
2. Using our website
You must be 18 or over to place an order. You agree not to misuse the website, including by introducing viruses, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or using it for any unlawful purpose. Our store is hosted by Shopify.
3. Products
We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Please read the product information, directions and safety guidance before use. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any medical condition. If you have a health condition or concerns, speak to your GP, pharmacist or dentist before use.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We may change our prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders we've already confirmed. If a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud. If we do, we'll refund any payment in full.
6. Delivery
Delivery options, costs and timescales are set out in our Shipping page. Delivery times are estimates. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they're delivered to the address you gave us.
7. Returns and cancellations

8. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for business losses, or for losses caused by using products other than in line with their directions.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and our mascot Larry the Bear, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.

We use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Reviews and submissions
If you send us reviews, photos or other content, you allow us to use them on our website and social media. Please make sure your content is honest and lawful.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order will apply to that order.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home nation.
